Stronger Than The Memories

Folder:
Remnants

I just need you to know, now
That I'm stronger than the memories
I can get up off my knees
And mend these broken wings

I can finally show how
I'm stronger than the pain
I can stand and face the day
Without the need to take the blame

It's been different since you walked out
But I'm stronger than the memories
I have the strength to stand and scream
As I rise up from the misery

Now, I don't want to come down
From this cloud up in the sky
That I tried so hard to climb
I'm stronger than the same old lies

So, I need you to know, now
That I'm stronger than the memories
And I'm far beyond your reach
Flying on my mended wings

I can finally show you now
That I'm stronger than your memory

Author's Notes/Comments:

Another one of those I have no clue writes...
They seem a bit rampant these days

To me a lot. Rhymes enter then fade from the brain pan. Then there are the ones that mag me to death until they are written.
