Mommy, where is Daddy?

It's time to sing to him.

Daylight's almost over

And the light is getting dim



Now that you're a big star

With a real hit song

Since we last saw Daddy

It has been so long



Daddy read the Bible

But he read it all alone

You never sat down with him

You were never home



Why must I do my homework

Behind this curtained wall?

And, Mommy, where is Daddy?

I never see him at all.
