It's just a job and not a betrayal of my people
Can't hate me for loving and wanting to protect my home
Everyday just doing the best I can in between two very different worlds
All I want and ask for is just some peace
God willing we can all find a way to get along
Every one obey the law and I think we'll get along just fine
No trying to bypass the system
The best and only thing you can do is just respect
Let me do what I feel in this life I am called to do
Ask me not to stop and choose something else just so you can feel more comfortable
That's nothing I would do to you
I honor your choices so please honor mine as well
Never judge me or my co-workers too harshly
Only doing our jobs.....
