One thing writers don't discuss enough, I think, and at some point in life becomes a very vivid theme indeed, is the terror we are faced with and must penitently endure and there is a bible scripture that arises in my mind, what is it something like "knowledge increaseth woe" or suffering but I am only just paraphrasing. Edgar Allen Poe mentioned that same terror more than any other writer I know and generally just used the word a lot... The terror of any possible outcome; the infinite vortex of doubt and uncertainty. We are not in control here.
