What if all a man had to do

To show his woman how much he care

Was to put all of his emotions in his kiss

And rub his hands gently through her hair.

Or gaze deeply in her eyes

And converse with his smile

Tell her the sweet things she needs to hear

To make her day worth while.

What if all a man had to do

To show his woman how much he loves her

Was to crown her Queen of his heart

And never place any one above her.

Or tell her he’s her Prince

And there’s no doubt that she’s his Princess

Tell her she’s his Heaven on earth

And that she describes all five senses.

Because her voice brings music to your ears

And her lips are incredibly sweet

Her aroma just drives you wild

And her beauty is a sight to see,

But her touch fulfills all of your fantasies.

What if all a man had to do

To show his woman that he understands

Was to take the time and listen to her problems

Be her best friend as well as her man.

Or consider her feelings sometimes

Try and see things the other way around

Be her man when she needs that fire & desire,

Put your friendship into affect when she’s feeling down.

What if all a man had to do

To show his woman that he miss her

Was to greet her home with open arms

And a smooth candlelight dinner.

Or send her a rose for no special occasion

Maybe a poem sealed with a kiss

Or leave messages on her machine

Saying, “Your presence alone is what I truly miss.”

What if all a man had to do

To show his woman his sensitivity

Was to express his true feelings inside

And let his emotions run wild & free.

Or stop being so ashamed

And reveal all of his fears

Or start being a real man

And stop holding in his tears.

What if all a man had to do

To be with the woman who’s stolen his heart

Was not to be timid like I am

And let her know how he feels from the start.

Compliment her beauty everyday

Tell her she’s as enchanting as a baby dove

And if these things were all it took

I wonder would I be with the girl I want to love???
