I believe

When God made you

He wanted to make an angel.

He created your body

And sprinkled strength on you.

He created your mind

And sprinkled intelligence on you.

He created your eyes

And dropped a little twinkle in them.

He created your smile

And painted it white.

He created your lungs

And filled them with air.

He created your heart

And over-filled it with love.

He wanted you to be extra special,

He wanted someone special to find you.

He wanted you to be taught

And to find an emotional relationship with a special someone.

He wanted you to be able to smile

To feel real love

And to believe in Him.

He wanted you to know that there is somebody there, waiting to love you;

You just have to find her.

Then one day,

You did.

I believe

When God made you

He snuck a little gene in there

That told your heart to find mine,

And to love me.

I believe

When God made you

He wanted me to thank Him for you.

And I do.

I thank God every single day

For giving me the angel he created.
