Think Of Me
When you look into a sunset, think of me.
Think of all I was and all my future will hold.
When you look into a sunset, see what I see.
See my love for you, the love you were never told.
When you feel sad, hear the rain falling down.
Hear my voice a sI whisper to you.
When you feel sad, picture me smiling in my gown.
Picture me laughing and kissing you true.
When you feel the wind, feel my hand lightly touch your face.
Feel my love, for it will always be there.
When you feel the wind, remember our special place.
Remember I'll never forget you, I'll always care.
When you miss me or need to feel my love,
I'll always be near because, you're all I think of.
When I was reading this poem, Laura, some lines touched me, especially the first line. I can relate to it and I always feel a deep feeling that words cannot describe when I look at the sunset.
This is a lovely and moving poem.
Very good sonnet, it reminds me of what I want in life, someone to be there for me. I really like that one :-)
