handsome to a near faultless fault

in every imaginable way

oh that he most certainly is

it's not just those wet, kind, deep,

dark eyes so full of empathy and

genuine concern

nor could it ever be

those whiskey swollen lips

that quietly beg to just be kissed

it's the whole entire package

just as it is

draped in a sweet protective nature

that covers six plus feet of long, lean

muscled male

'Gentleman Incarnate'

blessed he is to naturally lure

the female eye

to enjoy and take in

like art for one's desire.............

Author's Notes/Comments: 

As silly as this will sound, I wrote this for a fictitious character. At work we tend to turn the television to a station that plays a marathon of re runs of the television show CSI Miami. I stopped watching that show several years ago so all those re run episodes are pretty much new to me and I've got a crush on one of the characters on the show CSI Eric Delgato  playbe dy Adam Rodrigez. His character is cuban and very warm and gentle and drop dead gorgeous to boot and I wrote this poem about that character, my perception of the type of character he is. He is not just eye candy but he is eye candy with heart and a protective veneer too. A very nice combination.
