my thankful being remains
amid all that
beautiful white magic
that for me
you create
and tirelessly sustain
a necessary warlock
to my heart
you've become
don't you know that
I've missed you more
than I've ever missed
any other particular one
your commitment I commend
your desire I understand
your great need deep inside
I fully comprehend
and know that my life to you
forever
I will recommend
in chain less bonds of love
we will ascend
for there is no substitute
my soul can withstand
there's just you for me
until my very last breath
I labor to expend
and as my body's life slowly
seeps out
releasing my soul to the mercy
of paradise's rim
the words I Love You
throughout me will ricochet within
that I can promise you
will be the beginning
just beyond this life's end
no question
just us
blended
as meant
without even the pollution of sin..............
