INJURED GOTHIC CHARM

Folder:
JOURNAL #19

stolen kiss

unforfeited rainbow

lead me out of this ice

encased darkness

my heart needs the light

fell the approaching dawn

trap its fiery enchantment

within this violently twisted

prism guarding mine troubled tears

touch me ever faithfully

with such sweet, beloved madness

strip away the merciless fears

my passion is yours

be greedy with the spirit of my desire

any stilted admiration is but a

pocketed safe haven

in your disagreeably rugged keeping

your hooded but stormy azure eyes

with their wrathful prickly praise

charm me with their dark, deceptive

all enveloping magnetism

which cleverly cloaks your vague, Gothic

brooding mystery

your darkness revels in my lush indignant

rage

followed by such ravenous kisses that you

imprinted upon cold startled lips

that yearned in thirst

but for a taste of your earlier offered

wine

you claimed

one of the country's finest kind

in such plunder we tasted each other's

deepest hidden hunger

and now one taste

shall never be enough

oh my beautifully haunted wing less raven

sculpt me into a love worthy of your

fantastic fantasy's effort

and I shall meet you upon your stormiest

cliff

to seal the desperation of your life long

urgency

hot quivering flesh to strong shivering flesh

we shall conquer each perilous obstacle

that blocks our every joy's way

past and present

and soar unencumbered

together from this moment on

into tomorrow's untapped and

timeless truth

Love

the sole realm of innate goodness..........

Author's Notes/Comments:

I can tell by the wording that I wrote this about some romance novel male character. I put myself in the role of the heroine and wrote a love poem for her about her man. Crazy as it is that is what women who have no worthy lover of their own do. laughs
