for you

what words can I possibly say

so to hug you a little closer

to me

the moment stands warm

between these two thrumming hearts

beating as if the wings of love itself

could no longer sustain

this gentleness that fills within

I teeter at an enchanting precipice

the air around me envelops my

saturated sighs

you have so dramatically opened doors

to me

that even my own beggar's heart knew not

existed

not before this day

but always I suspected

and prepared

even considered

the possibility of such

seamless weaving

and now tonight

two deeply impressionable spirits

lay tangled

in the most glorious bed

of wonder a soul could imagine

that of romantic human love

discovered....................
