VITTORIO'S REDMPTION

Folder:
JOURNAL #20

with such beautiful disregard

I assault you at your word

a trembling outcast

naught more than a careless label

for one so faithless

that its well deserved

why the canary has come to eat the cat

or at least feast upon its fears

in the perilous darkness

I am quite the certain

that even the blood less you could

appreciate that

you so easily mesmerize

as you despise

the dark pale ones

in all their aggravating  tragedies

you war at one to be why almost envious

and your crime from the start

was simply falling in a most all ensnaring

love with

of all things

a most foul yet beloved beastie

as God's own angels

shake their heavenly haloed heads

in such utter disbelief

the night and all its embodiment of

treachery

laughs at you

though love it seems

no matter how misguided

wins out over all in its

earthly end

yes

why even blood and redemption

beautiful but barren and lifeless

Vittorio

in my shocked hands

you have what is left

of my frail sympathy's admiration

small insignificant coup that it is.........
