BANNISHING THE BITTERS

Folder:
JOURNAL #21

awake

yet still falling

bedazzled

in the gasp of your eyes

why its vertigo for the senses

and by Hamlet

the very maddest of its kind

a chariot of brooked

exultation

were trust to so sensuously

inflate

such magic breeds to burst forth

so beautifully contagious

with countless exhausting

combustion to mate

sweet truth in great waves

washes many of the bitters

that have gone before

practically oceans squared

by the virtue of thine love

alone

lay so abundantly ahead

not even fully imagined yet

to be thus so sailed

entirely too much promise

regales

why every finest need I ever

had

right up to being met

at such a great juncture

of thrilling newness

frighteningly ecstatic

I stand

so beloved upon the precipice

of bloomed feelings

I've only vaguely dreamed of

that is up until this written

pausing

these myths in my mind

seem to have

alas

materialized

to mock me

such tragedy in essence

is the easiest notion

to conclude

monumentally still

that quite literally

such brash thoughts

are but an unsurprising

culmination of life long wishes

surfacing themselves at last

to absorb me...........
