THE GLIDE INTO LIGHTNESS

Folder:
JOURNAL #25

life

once lost

still remembered

reliving

in the soul

a memory

time itself

held in a

disgardable shell

now no more

free

of the heavy cloak

of mass and weight

a feeling that can't be

described

rather just

experienced

most personally

to think

people cry

when their loved ones die

all for the wrong reasons though

they should be tears of joy

for 'The Glide Into Lightness'

a graduation of sorts for one's soul

but the human in us

tends to be selfish and greedy

so for the dead

we most often

cry more so for ourselves

helpless

to look

at such experience

with more than just

our human eyes

sense with more than

our flawed human perception

so the myth persists

birth is good

death is bad

but really neither are not

they are two doorways

one an entrance

the other an exit

once the class has ended........
