THE ROMANTICISM OF WATER

Folder:
JOURNAL#31

through mist and shadow

pales this candleless night

a sky upon the sea of shallow

sips her drink of melancholy

just out of sight

and the beach bows to the oceann's

frothy foam of cheer

a gallant gust of spray

gleefully greets

the latest star gazer

sigh and deep deep breath

tonight it would seem

the moon has her hands

utterly full

turning on a heel

the nautic show is just as suddenly

set aside

for much more private

more sensual persuits

namely men and their flesh so

masculine and real

to the dazzlements of flesh

see

the ocean and all her mystery

just can't compare
