HEARTS UPON INTRODUCTION

Folder:
JOURNAL#23

loveliest man

come out and play

show me your wit

for 'tis better that way

giveth me but a moment

to unveil such secrets strewn

you own my undivided attention

so bestow upon me

a bit of thy own gift

and I will bow

curved slightly at the waist's gentle

creasing

quite ready to listen to and address your woe

while sharing a bit of my own fonder fleecing

in other words

I shall uncover secrets you never even suspected

you  had

its mere whimsy at work

a want of toting silliness out to greet you

why poetry is capable of making the mean hearted

mystical

beautify life

make such sweet memorable songs

out of cold words

before butchered up by

careless others

as words are God's most precious gift to man

so come now

won't you let me

share mine with you................
