art is a life source

that lives in the mind of man

art owns the market share on character

and is a deliberate stranger to indifference

yet a lifter of even the most commonplace item

art has the ability to inspire great emotion

yet holds no emotion of its own

man injects all aspects good and bad into his

own unique idea of what he thinks art is

art then is his vessel one could assert

to do with what he will

art is in many forms a beautifier of the world

that sustains us

but really its just a fractured mirror of man's

inner self

so when contemplating a piece of art

hold one thought close in your mind

we are granted this opportunity to peer

deep at once secret images

that escaped the most creative part of the mind

and were allowed the expression, light and colors

needed to share each their coveted, fearless

beauty

so be ever aware and ultimately humbled while

viewing art

whether great or small

rough or refined

a haunting Van Gogh or a child's sketch of the

family

for you are being given the privilege to see

aspects of that person's deeply private and

otherwise highly guarded inner sanctum

and such privilege within itself is

irrefutably priceless

so view each attempt for just what it is

that is being so openly offered

a personal treasure of self shared........
