briskly walking three adorably hyper
Chihuahuas

A tiny parade of toddlers
joyously skipping to go
pick some strawberries
(each with a little pail in hand)

An elderly couple canoodling
on a park bench like a couple of
love sick teenagers

Tiny house finches comically bathing
themselves in an after shower rain
puddle

A curious kitten and a tender footed
turkey eyeing each other in a field

Gazing into the tranquil face of a
beautiful gray cat named Earl
(Earl Gray Tea)
as he lays upon my shoulder trustfully
sleeping

All personally priceless gems of
'Moments To Be Afforded'
tokens of an every day sort of life
lived
oh so gratefully and with only a
modicum of complaints
