These past few days
My mind wonders
To a million different
Places. I don’t
Know what to
Do or say to
Help her
In anyway
I just wish god
Would take
Her aches and pains away.
I feel my stomach turn flips when I’m
asking god to help me have the
courage and strength I
need to get through these
past few days. Without
breaking down and crying a
thousand tears every time I look
at her face because no child likes to
see their parents suffer. And not have
the slightest of ideas of how to take away their aches
and pains I just hope and pray in the end my mom
will be okay.
