More than once have I seen you

And wished that I could turn to you and

Remind you of the way I used to be

And just call your house to

hear your voice.



Remember the day we met?

Usual or not, it was still the happiest,

Silliest day of my life.



Sorry I’m gone from your smile

that will forever be

Etched into my dreams and memories,

Lost in what I used to think was

Love, and later learned was true

happiness ! ! !
