I wonder if God feels left out

When we go so blithely on,

And never ask him what He thinks

As we carry forth alone.

I wonder if He grieves for loss

When we don't take the time

To stop and speak a word or two,

Say, "Thanks, I'm doing fine."

But let  one problem raise its head,

And we'll take time to pray!

I'm glad Our God is merciful,

And He's Good everyday.

God is Love and God is Good,

I heard it all before

So grateful am I such is true,

I thank Him more and more.
