A-a-a-ahh!!

A-a-a-ahh!!

Freezing toes and stinging cheeks,

The wind makes watery eyes.

I rush inside through falling sleet,

From darkened starless skies.

My hands are numb.  My toes are too.

I cannot feel my chin.

I shiver in the warmth of home,

So glad to be back in!

Chillbumps play along my arms,

As I stumble through my bath.

If I weren't cold down to my bones,

I'd probably try to laugh.

I snatch on flannel pj.s,

Pull up a thermal sock,

Slip in between the covers--

A-a-a-ahh!!  Electric blankets rock!

Haha, this was a good read! Your rhymes are fun and don't sound like you worked to make them that way. Good work.
