I really like this poem because I dispise my father too...You are a talented writer...and I like this style...

Mol,
It feels good to let it out doesn't it.

Now ask yourself why you hate your dad so much. Is it because he "left" you when he left your mom?

Is it because he found happiness and you didn't?

Is it because you feel he betrayed everything he taught you?

So you have all this hate inside...you feel abandoned by him when you need him. Yet...you haven't said a word to him to indicate how you feel.

Should he maybe hate you?
What have you done for him to love you?
Do you talk to him?
Do you write to him?
Do you give him the time of day?
Maybe you would do better by actually communicating your thoughts directly to him.

Try it. It might actually help to mend the broken heart(s).
