I don’t want to be yours- no more

A step away from all the things that I’m looking for

I don’t want to feel this way

Like I’m losing all the time

Like I’m losing grip on my mind-yeah.

Everything has its own price

But I’ve had enough of senseless alibis

Try to hold me up

But feel me slipping down

Because I know

That you have to go

And that’s okay.



Leave me

Let me down

Stay away from me

I’ll stand my own ground

Hate me

As long as you believe

I don’t need you

I don’t want you

Because you only hold me down

I don’t need you around.



This may sound conceited

But I’m good enough to make it on my own

I will not say I’m sorry

That it’s not you, it’s me

I won’t make a liar out of me.

I’ve never been unhappy

The way I am when I’m with you

And I refuse to live a lie

And say that things will work out with you

So you have to leave.
