Never mind forgetting

how you let me go

I'll remember anyway

never mind reminding

and hoping you will know

the way my heart stopped pounding



anyway another day will pass me by

and I will not cry for you-no

no one will know/if nothing shows

the way I feel, the way I fell

there’s nothing I can do now



I won’t bother to say

That I hate you- it don’t matter anymore

I won’t try to feel

Something that isn’t real

Never mind knowing

what could have been for you

Never need to find out

All I know- is I would never say I’m sorry

For the things you heard me say to you

No one will see/what’s within me
