Let me keep my folly

let it stay the way it is

my mistake is in me knowing

that I wasn't ever his.



I will outlive the bitter tears

and all the thoughts that come my way

looks from every corner

that attempt to wreak my day.



I'll forget the way i'm feeling

like I simply can not breathe
