Starstruck

It still hasn't sunk in completely,

The shock is so thick I could cut it with a knife.

A baby step the size of a gorge,

You did it. You did it all by yourself.

I'm so proud of you,

Happy for you,

Anxious to see how you handle all you've learned.

So many possibilities...

...again.

Chances and second chances,

I will never lose faith in you as long as you try.

XO

...I still can't believe it.

I may have to scream in my pillow a few more times.

....

Amidst hundreds of accomplished poets I feel so petty Respected Delight. But your "Starstruck" struck like a lightning bolt whipping me up from my sleepy pen.Specially liked the solidity of shock  & screaming in the pillow(so that no one hears it). Some of your words are Electifying Delight

Babble babble the river flows over the pebbles

Babble babble the river flows over the pebbles smoothening them into shapes resembling works of art.In this part of the marsh humans believe that wearing gemstones changes destiny and bad stars into good.I am just too heavy to hang around with so Sealed
