In Cloud

Imagination melts

Pot of reality boils

This cloud that forms...

You know this cloud...

(The world before our eyes...)

That is what I feel

But it isnt what i see.

The lies, the deaths,

The falseness of it all

Just to satisify False needs

Of what is known to be reality

Infront of reality

That is what I see.

Memories melt

Pot of emotions boil

This cloud that forms...

Do You know this cloud...

(A fog around our eyes...)

That is what I feel

But is it what i see?

The TRUTH, the LIFE,

The falseness of it all

Just to satisify what?

what is known to be reality?

Outside of reality,

That is what I see.

Author's Notes/Comments:

Yes, so I decided that this poem is probably a bit confusing for even the best poets out there, but I've decided to clarify it anyway. The concept of 'sight' in this poem (ie "that is what I see") is to show two different types of sight. 1) Regular sight, that which you look at society and say "hey look at the guy with the funny hat holding hands with a kid with a balloon dog and giant green sunglasses." I don't know about you but I see this quite often. but there is also the other sight 2) which a person can look at society and say, "hey look at that guy who is oblivious to all the different forms of death around him, death created by people for thier own benefit and whatnot." So my point being, both of these sights can exist, even tho they are different; what the world first appears to be to most people does not turn out the same when I view it in this regard.
If I remember correctly, I developed the emotion to write this poem while I was in a Wal-Mart for a certain reason. Just a little foot-note I suppose...
