It Hurts to love

Love,
It acends upon us like a dove.
I peirces body and soul,
for the purpose to make one half whole.
I sit here and I love,
I love her, the one i consider my dove,
I can not be with her for she is far,
I can not be with her for she loves another.
I sit and wish she loved me, and not someother.
Love brings pain beyond all comprehention.
It creates greif and tension.
I Love her so, but she knows not.
I sit here and watch as she loves another,
I cry because i am not in the place of that other.
I love, and it hurts my soul, i tears me apart.
She is who i love, she has stolen my broken heart.

I could not have written it better myself. So much feeling, it brought me to tears. Oh the pain and sorrow love can cause.

Honey, this is such a sad poem... :( You're such a sweet wonderful guy. Any girl would be lucky to have you as their boyfriend, or even friend. You've made my life so much better by being a part of it. I hope things get easier for you. *huggles*

Nathan,I really like how you think and feel about love. I really think that
your thoughts and emotions are integrated well in your poem.
I have two suggestions;#1 does love make us whole, doesn't it complete us?
# 2 I would change the situation about her not loving another, but allow love to
blossom as you and she become to know each other better.
I think if love with her is attainable, yor can experience a another whole range of thoughts and
emotions about your relationship with her. Keep writing, keep expressing yourself in the way
that you do. Sincerely, Greg Speck
