Garden Of Wild Roses

*~ Love ~*

Let me take you far away

Somewhere you'll wish to stay

Close your eyes

and picture my suprise

I blindfold you and you begin to laugh

As I walk you along a gravled path

You can hear a melody in time

Across your neck, the feel of a vine

We stop and the blindfold comes off

Before your eyes open I kiss you so soft

You open your eyes

and behold my suprise

Violet, white, pink, yellow, and red

From your eye a tear you shed

A garden of wild roses before your eyes

Lit candles all around for a rise

A blanket and some wine

I want to prove I'm yours for all time

In the garden of roses so wild

Our love is gentle like a child

Author's Notes/Comments:

I am not sure where this poem came from. It was one of the flukes that I had. Although I really like this poem and I believe it is one of my best.
