i fear not the night
the soft velvety sheet
enfolds my dearest dreams
where angel and mortal meet
the dazzling sunlight
disguises millions of stars
i long for their tender glitter
and their silver speech
i fear not the night
the darkened doorway
leads to the bridge of Brilliance
to the everlasting Day:
to the Star of stars!

I love the sentiment "where angels and mortals meet", that ethereal state we call dreaming ... Shine on ... The stars themselves have mortality before the "star of stars" Shine on bright light twinkle and twinkle but to the torch bearers shine on ... (hugs)
