Life's tides can be either a good or bad ride. Good if you coincide

Take it in stride. Bad if you have too much pride or try to hide,

You'll be in for a rough ride.

Just glide never collide or ride cockeyed for many have found

Themselves by the wayside, a lot has even died, when they

Backslide trying to ride life's tides.

Now if many a tear you have cried remember, life's tides can

Misguide, even come disguise as a joyride to bring about

Foolish or false pride, which will leave you mortified and

This is worldwide.

But there's an upside, you don't need to abide if you learn to

Glide. You'll stop being denied, become purified able to see

Things from the inside, which will make you. Bona Fide.
