Michaels poems For just a brief instant
i felt as if i were lost
wandering aimlessly
a place so cold,so dark and unfamiliar
the chill piercing my bones.
Off in the distance,i saw you
alone and afraid
i called out to you
tried to run to you,to no avail
then suddenly,my heart felt your pain
and my soul shed a tear.
In an instant you were gone
i had lost you again.
And i shed a tear.
