I am both a beauty 

and a beast.

My outward appearance turns heads,

but on the inside I am hideous. 

Some would call me attractive,

but my heart is grotesque.

Many see my smile is gentle,

but my temper makes me a monster.

While all see my external charm,

few have seen what lies below the surface.
