There is a song I always want to hear
It takes away my sorrow, it eliminates my fear
A kind of melody that never fail my eyes to get soak
A libretto healing my heart no matter how bad it is broke
There is a sound I often want to play
A resonance that takes my hatred and anger away
I strum it fast or I pluck it real slow
It's my six strings pal she's always there whether I'm on my high or I'm on my low
There is a fine tune set on my mind
Brings peace, hope and love that is so hard to find
A precious gift I received from my loving God
A lovely present I use even if I'm happy; even if I'm sad
There is a love letter that inspires me to write
With a melodic tone a bit weighty or a bit light
Caring words with the faith of my faithful God
Trusting me that I can do all things with Christ's help, faith and love
There is a mellow hymn that makes my heart ease up
A hymn I sing when I'm in pain and I can't laugh
The finest cure for all the illnesses might come across
It's the word of God, in The Old Path I can't be lost.

I am blessed with so much more than the average person already, but I always love keeping extra. (...a bit of a hoarder when it comes to abundance! ;-) )
