One of these days I'll be able to trust again.

One of these days I'll fall in love, not lust again.

One of these days I'll snap out of this deep blue haze.

So I'm just sitting here thinking about one of these days.



One of these days I may find some self esteem.

One of these days I'll wake up from this terrible dream.

One of these days I'll find my way out of this maze.

I'm just waiting here wishing for one of these days.



One of these days I'll put down this hate.

One of these days life will start looking great.

One of these days I'll find a better state

of mind to stay in.



One of these days I'll put down this knife.

One of these days I'll get on with my life.

One of these days I'll find somebody who stays

and stays and stays.

All I can do now is wait on one of these days.
