I have seen in you the light of day.

I have seen in you the darkness of night.

I have seen in you the fire.

I have seen in you the water.

I have seen in you the earth.

I have seen in you the air.

I have seen in you love.

I have seen in you hate.

But what I have not seen in you.

Is where you want me to be.

I have not seen in you the good things.

For so long now.

All I have seen is the darkness of night.

Please Baby Girl let me see the light of day again.
