Not alone
They ask me the same too, about the girl who give up on me, some ask out of concern, some i feel are testing me, some i even fear do it cause there not happy and are looking for someone else's misery to make them happier. A lot of time you wont be able to tell which ones which, your own mind being clouded by your own misery, continue to love her and her kids regardless.
