Riverside

The still mirror like reflection of the polluted river.

Reflects the city with it's worn & tired people hussling through the moody morning.

Crossing the bridge were the homeless call home and the city start's to rise high into the heavens.

You can see the many faces of different lives.

Those who are less fourtunate are ignored and disregarded by the majority of the passing.

For they are not worth their time or glance.

Thought as nothing but a waste of human creation & space in the already crowded city street's.

But, who are they to judge?

What is thought of the wealthy by the homeless?

The mirror of the river always has two sides...

The truth shall forevermore ring in the ear's of all who are willing to listen to the eternal soul of their communities creation.

A striking, stirring voice of reason
and compassion for all those people
living on the fringes of society:

A balladic and rhetorical style
of clear, metaphoric message
and poetic truth - made real
and meaningful in Jessica's
moving voice of humane reason!

Cheers!! And keep writing!
