Can’t get the feelings out o me

A painful memory lingers on

This is the price I have to pay

For this fate I’ve brought upon myself



Can’t forget what never will be

Can’t let go of what never was

These mindfields are all entangled

The present and the past within me



I wanted more, but never got it

Couldn’t decide what was right

I only choose the wrongs

Now this is my life. My burden
