She falls like snow

Poems

As winter paints my world white
I fall with every snowflake
Growing  peaceful in the powder

Oh could I, like the trees do
Stay sleeping till the springtime
till gold and breath and heat can make me new
or will I, while im waiting
become the leaves beneath me
fading soft and melting to the ground
and should I fall so sure and sweet
consumed  in tiny streams of water
Will my body find new light
Within my frosty tomb
Turning powder into passion
letting other flowers bloom
