Memory

The seduction of my innocence,

The binder of my faith.

The destroyer of common sense,

The releaser of my hate.

The smell I inhale with my nose,

The skin I touch with my lips.

The sound with my ear that grows,

The sight my eyes do kiss.

The pain with linen around my wrists,

The pleasure that gets discovered.

The fingernails dug in like this,

The sweat that heat swiftly plunders.

The smile on an evil face,

The pulling of my hair.

The darkness of this heavenly place,

The moans and sounds of wonder.

The bite upon soft tender skin,

The beat of our hearts together.

The realization of our sin,

The notion it will last forever.

The blood that flows from the whips,

The anger that comes from my hide.

The tears that pour to my lips,

This is the memory I keep inside.

This is really good

I like your style a lot. How it flowed, bringing emphasis to every detail from the heart. And have great closure to not really turn everything but show that your reflecting. A lot of people can relate to this. Which makes this an even more enjoyable read.

Yes

Yes, I did post it on twitter in hopes that some people could read them. I haven't written in a while and I was happy I put them up here because I lost most of them years ago. I am currently working on two books, one is 33 pages in, but with three kids it is hard to find time to write.
