the days have bee dark without my sun

a missing of something, someone

a lightness never felt before

i don't want it anymore

my heart rests all the time

without you on my mind

but i'm wanting you again

it's screaming at me from within

i'm longing for a pain

it once came in your name

syllables i yearn to scream

a light i wish to beam

cover, bathe, drown me down

turn this smile into a frown

you're the drug and i wanna OD

take me away, make me no longer be...
