"It Was Yesterday..."   9 - 7 - 03



as the rain fell again today

i stared and watch it wash away

all of my memories of you

made me forget all i didn't do

then i felt such a release

something put my heart at ease

i felt as though i could fly

and forget all those tears i cried



the regret has left my mind

it only took me alittle time

to move on from all the hurt

this rain washed away the soiled dirt

made me feel so new inside

these are tears of joy that i cry



moving on, i'm moving on

i have gone from weak to strong

i'm moving on, now moving on

i know now you're in the wrong....
