Silent Screams

my silent screams pierced

and the bloody razor blades

went down my throat smoothly

the scars heal quickly

he plucked the galaxies from the sky

and put them in place of the Chinese throwing stars

that used to be my eyes

my looks no longer kill

i ripped out the chains

linked to my tendons

and he stitched in my dusty wings

the rain and I blend well

washes my wings clean

yellow raindrops mix with aquamarine tears

my world is green

i cry for the people with the chains

and the razor blades

shinning eyes reflecting hate

i know what its like

to lose your wings

its so simple to get them back

all you have to do is ask

i cry because when the world is

engulfed in flames

i will fly into his world of white

and they will be chained to this world of red

Author's Notes/Comments:

this is just me trying to explain how i feel about God and the like, please do not think that i am telling you that if you don't have his "wings" you will go to hell, that is not what i am saying, this is just me writing a poem
