We all want to be winners
We all want to win,
Of winners its the spoils,
And to losers just a whim!
What's victory to so many?
But the man's endless pride
But for the brave souls
Only the good wishes of the heart.
For which's victory to some,
Might bring another down,
For victory is another word
Missused,
For man's endless pride!

I once wrote some words pertaining to this: Greed will be the downfall of a man's grace, for greed transcends all. Pride = greed for ego lust = greed for sex money = greed for $ haste = greed for time Seems like every bad thing here is governed by greed, in its many guises and verses....well, at least to me U word it so well here, Dorian. Really makes it seem like a fruitless voyage afterall, if one goes on searching for pride.
