Light can hurt when it burns too bright,
but light keeps you safe from darkness and fright.
Gloomy skies block the light,
while shadows swallow the streets at night.
A golden glow plasters the sky,
as the sun shines down from up high.
When death twirls around at night,
light will guide you to the after life.
