The moons light

Shone through my window.

It’s delicate kiss placed

Upon my cheek.

The stars glow

Peaked behind clouds.

There, mysteriousness lies

Forever inside me.

The clouds fade

Showing a beautiful night.

My heart slows down

And my soul takes flight.

The sky calls me

Promising a happy ending.

My eyes open up

And see a new beginning.

What a beautiful night.
