I stood at the highest peak
gazing west into the setting sun.
Wondering where my friend has gone.
Across valleys and mountains I search.
There is no sign, no answer,
only misunderstanding and emptiness.
Why don't people realize that the way they act and re-act affects those who are in contact with them? Good piece.
