The night begins to get darker by the minute
The stars shine brighter tonight then before.
I see you fading faster and faster into emptiness
Lonely heart breaks to the other side of gloom.
Tears fall threw the floor beneath your feet.

Another day come and gone and yet I'm here.
Sitting on the front steps wishing this were real.
Too many years have come and gone but still.
